Muscat: According to a tweet by the Oman Meteorology, some parts of the Sultanate of Oman might experience thunderclouds and sporadic rains on Sunday.
The tweet also added that most of the parts of Oman will have a clear weather condition on Sunday.
However, the Hajar Mountains and their adjacent areas and parts of the governorates of Al Sharqiyah South, Al Wusta, and Dhofar are prone to chances of thunderclouds formation and sporadic rain, sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms on.
A possibility of dust and sand rising in the desert and open areas and opportunities for the formation of low clouds or fog at the end of the night or early morning in parts of the governorates of Al Sharqiyah South, Al Wusta and Dhofar is also predicted.
The temperature in the Wilayat of Seeb is expected to be 32/27 and that in the Wilayat of Salalah is expected to be 33/28. The highest expected temperature today is 39 degrees in Marmul, and the lowest is 7 degrees in Jabal Shams.
